I went there in 2023. My daughter was the assistant Community Manager. She has since transferred to Jacksonville Florida with the company as a Community Manager. But this property is great!! The property was clean, cappuccino bar, grilling stations, quiet area, really nice. I would definitely recommend living there! 🤩

I have lived at 42 Magnolia for almost 3 years. I choose to live in a garden style apartment because I feel that they have more character than newer constructions.The rental staff is pleasant and professional and I feel that maintenance does it’s best to maintain the property.
